Red Hill Mobility Group has numerous, approved procurement methodologies to make your requisitions simple and pain free. The list below details the most popular methods for acquiring Red Hill Mobility Group’s Class IX equipment and service kits.  

  • GCSS-Army via the non-standard purchase orders process. This method ensures that the local command release strategy and finance office has full visibility and approval rights for each and every procurement. These Purchase Orders are cost justified by line item by the DLA to determine “fair and reasonable” cost, thus alleviating the need for the end user customer to obtain multiple quotes. Red Hill executes the vast majority of equipment and service kit purchases through G-Army.

  • DLA Tailored Logistics Support Prime Vendor contracts. Red Hill Mobility Group partners with TLS contract holders in an effort to streamline and expedite the acquisition process. These purchase orders are also cost justified by the DLA.

  • GPC credit card.

  • Contracting Office. Typically utilized for large purchases over the micro-purchase threshold.
